Assistant Producer

We are looking for an Assistant Producer to join our dynamic team for an upcoming film production project.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consistent work in the film industry.

Scope of Work:
As a Junior Producer, you will collaborate with the Producer to assist in planning the filming process. You will ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and have a solid understanding of your daily tasks. Occasionally, you will be required to assist on shoots by operating a small digital camera to capture alternative shots and recce footage of locations.

Expertise Required:

• Strong creativity skills, with the ability to generate original ideas for programming and an understanding of storytelling techniques.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of creating concise and factual documents that effectively present your research.
• Strong technical knowledge in operating digital cameras, basic lighting and sound principles, and familiarity with various software packages.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage tight and changing schedules, ensuring that all production needs are sourced, written, shot, and edited timely.
• A thorough understanding of legal requirements, including permissions and rights needed to use unconventional materials and access various locations.
